Create connections and community

We partner with you to create and facilitate monthly meetings of a group of eight to twelve peers with similar job titles / roles. Participants convene for the purposes of creating connections and community in a confidential environment. This is an opportunity to share knowledge and different perspectives while also providing accountability and developing your own in-house network of trusted advisors.

Developing the skills of managers, directors, executives, and leaders across the organization creates a wealth of new opportunities and a common language of leadership. Research suggests that no single program experience builds strong leaders better than well-run peer groups. Having an extra set of eyes and ears to look at the performance and goals of your team(s) and initiatives makes a world of difference. Working with your peers means you don’t have to go it alone.
