Starting with the Everything DiSC Workplace® profile, Catalyst allows participants to expand their learning by easily adding additional Everything DiSC applications (such as Agile EQ®)*, connecting with colleagues and receiving customized input on how best to work together, and deepening their understanding with personalized content .

Designed to support instructor-led facilitation or individual exploration, Catalyst integrates DiSC into the flow of work, ensuring takeaways are readily applied.
