RETEXO PARTNERS
IVU (Germany)
In 1995 Retexo agreed to provide worldwide marketing and sales support
for IVU mbH, Zeitzer Str. 12, D-99091 Erfurt, Germany. IVU developed
a process for turning fly ash into a building material, waste product
immobiliser, clay additive for the brick and cement industry and
a fluegas desulphurisation sorbent. Four processing plants have
been built or are under construction and orders are expected from
companies in several countries, to date.
BLOK HOLDING/
Cube Data B.V. (Netherlands)
In 1997 Retexo signed a partnership agreement to provide development
services to Cube Data B.V. particularly in the fields of power control
systems, power generation and switchgear. Cube Data BA. are setting
up a manufacting plant at the Industrial Cluster Park at Draschwitz.
MARCOS Sp.zo.o
(Poland)
The company, N1ARCOS is situated in PL-40-081 Kattowice and is concerned
with pollution control and reparation of sites suffering environmental
damage. It has synergy with the aims of the RetexoGruppe particularly
in the fields of fly ash recycling and the immobilisation of waste
products. Retexo-RISP is collaborating in a number of ventures related
to the IVU-17AR technology.
MICA Ltd.
(Thailand)
This company is involved in Power Stations and the problems of managing
waste Fly Ash. They have formed a partnership with Retexo-RISP to
encourage the use of the IVU-Fly Ash Recycling process to create
viable enterprises that will use the DISPERGAT for a variety of
purposes.
UTOPIA KOREA
Ltd. (South Korea)
A partnership agreement was entered into in July 1998. Utopia Korea
Ltd. is in the environment renewal field and is supporting the marketing
of the IVU Fly Ash Recycling Process and Wind Turbines.
Negotiations are continuing with
a number of other companies whose business has synergy with Retexo
and where new opportunities for environmental renewal are possible.
